The training and certification programs were launched on May 4, 2005 after six months of development.
The initiative involves 90,000 (of 110,000) registered users of Web CEO. That said, we expect that first certified specialists will graduate in late May or early June when we will put their names along with certificate information on this page.
First hard-copy certificates are expected to be mailed to their owners in early June.

So, when one enter UCN (Unique Certificate Number), they will see who holds that certificate, what type of certificate it is, when it was issued, etc.

Re-certification
Both CSEM (Competent Search Engine Marketer) and PSEM (Professional Search Engine Marketer) certificates are issued for 1 year (i.e. 365 days) period. After that, your certificate will expire and you will need to update it if you wish to keep your degree visible online.
This is so because the search engine world keeps changing rapidly and the knowledge you acquired today will hardly be of any use in one year. We hold hand on the search engines pulse and always keep our training courses up-to-date with new information. Said that, your access to these courses is time-unlimited, you will not have to pay any extra to pass the course again. Even your previous grade scored and access to all lesson materials is preserved.
Your only payment will be for the re-certification itself. Both CSEM and PSEM are prolongued at the same price:
Your virtual certificate will be updated online as soon as the payment is processed and you pass all the tests once more to ensure you stay up-to-date with the course materials and SEO industry.
In case you've purchased a hard-copy certificate, we will send an updated copy to you by regular mail within one month after you order re-certification (actually, in the end of the month when the order was made).
